About the role
The client seeks a remote Appointment Setter to support a growing barber education business in Florida. You will make outbound calls, follow up with interested prospects, and schedule appointments for their training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the client promptly and professionally.
- Assist prospects with inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for them to visit the school.
- Complete daily appointment setting and administrative tasks.
- Provide ongoing support to the appointment and sales process as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent and rich vocabulary in English and Spanish.
- Discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
- Stable internet connection, functional headset, and a quiet workspace.
What we offer
- $800 per month base salary.
- $100 per sale generated.
- Performance bonuses.
- On‑target earnings approximately $1,200–$1,500 per month.
