You will connect with clients virtually, explain the benefits available to them and give ongoing support. Key responsibilities

• Meet clients virtually to discuss the benefit options available to them
• Help families understand and enroll in eligible programs
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Coordinate appointments and keep accurate client records
