About the role
As an experienced Remote Clinical Applications Support Specialist, you will leverage your nursing clinical education to provide telephone and remote clinical application support for Philips Patient Care Monitoring Systems. The role includes assisting customers with clinical inquiries, resolving problems, and participating in an on‑call rotation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end clinical application support for patient monitoring solutions, including telephone‑based and remote support, troubleshooting complex issues using advanced remote access technologies, and managing escalations to resolution.
- Provide on‑site support during critical customer situations as needed, take ownership of issue resolution, and drive improved customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of individual scorecards, maintain precise data entry in required systems, and use call‑center tools to meet service level expectations.
- Manage company assets (training, tools, equipment, travel, expenses) in alignment with policies and contribute feedback to product management.
- Serve as a clinical subject‑matter expert, collaborate with Technical Support Engineers to define and execute action plans, and share knowledge with peers.
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to knowledge‑based tools, completing required product and clinical training, and aligning with evolving product capabilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Medical Technology; must be registered and in good standing with the appropriate credentialing body.
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience (preferred) and at least three years of experience in a clinical phone support environment (preferred).
- Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of clinical applications within Patient Monitoring.
- Availability for scheduled on‑call support.

- Hourly pay range varies by state, from $41 to $73 per hour.
