Remarketing Transportation Coordinator

About the role

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to join its Remarketing team as a Transportation Coordinator I. The role focuses on coordinating the efficient movement of remarketed vehicles—including retail repossessions, lease returns, and company‑owned assets—to auction locations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation logistics for remarketed vehicles, ensuring timely delivery to distribution centers or auction sites.
• Verify and update vehicle information such as mileage and condition to maintain accurate data.
• Schedule pick‑ups from repossession sites, dealer locations, distribution centers, and Stellantis‑owned assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, transport providers, and auction partners to optimize routes and control costs while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Work with Auction Coordinators and Representatives to resolve any transportation, delivery, or documentation issues.
• Address transportation‑related queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to foster strong working relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in transportation logistics, vehicle remarketing, auto auctions, or a related automotive field.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using auction platforms.
