Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst

About the role

The Infosys Financial Services unit is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to support its digital transformation initiatives for banking and capital markets clients. You will work on optimizing regulatory reporting processes, leveraging AI and data‑driven solutions, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams across multiple US locations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets industry standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations, and draft standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation of solutions, address issues during setup and integration, and support the development and maintenance of SOPs to ensure system stability post‑implementation.
