Registered Nurse – Urology Medical/Surgical Unit

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care on the fast‑paced G90 Urology/Medical‑Surgical Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. You will support patients recovering from complex surgical procedures, helping them manage pain, regain strength, and prepare for discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, administer medications and treatments, and document patient conditions.
• Assess and coordinate discharge needs, educate patients and families, and communicate updates to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, carry out orders, and ensure safe, high‑quality care in a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and at least one year of acute‑care RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts with occasional weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current state RN license.
• Experience in acute‑care nursing, including telemetry monitoring.
