About the role

The Hematology Oncology Clinic seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. This full‑time position involves direct patient interaction, education, and coordination of care.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, assess learning needs, and implement teaching strategies.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members while ensuring quality outcomes.
Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage resources and promote optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and the Nurse Practice Act.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
Leadership and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity.
