About the role

Join Lehigh Valley Health Network as a part‑time Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Pocono Creek. This night‑shift position offers a $6,000 sign‑on bonus and the opportunity to work in a nationally recognized, Magnet‑hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for designated emergency patients.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs.
Provide patient and family education throughout the treatment course.
Participate in performance improvement and evidence‑based practice initiatives.
Teach, mentor, and precept new colleagues and interns as assigned.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
Ability to prioritize assignments and maintain clinical competency.

Required skills

Basic computer proficiency.
Knowledge of unit‑specific competencies and technical skills for emergency nursing.
