About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide home health visits on weekends in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. This per‑diem (PRN) position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to deliver care in patients' homes.
Key responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes to assess, treat, and support recovery from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans, including medication management, wound care, and patient education.
Required profile
- Active and current RN license.
- At least one year of clinical experience (preferred).
Required skills
- Medication management.
- Wound care.
