About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute is expanding its state‑of‑the‑art Neuro Building. We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neuro Pre/Post Critical Care team on the sixth floor, providing night‑time care (7:00 pm‑7:30 am) to patients with complex neurological conditions.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to a 36‑bed unit, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation.
Develop, monitor, and update individualized patient care plans and coordinate discharge needs.
Document patient conditions accurately and communicate changes to the care team.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and self‑care.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
Current state RN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
At least one year of acute care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
RN licensure and clinical competency in acute care settings.
