About the role

The H80 Internal Medicine/Telemetry unit provides acute care for adults with complex medical needs such as heart failure or diabetes. This position offers a dynamic environment to develop expertise in clinical assessment, care coordination and patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients on the unit.
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions to the care team.
Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
At least one year of acute‑care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
