About the role

The Clinic at Angels Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, therapeutic, and holistic care to patients and families. The role includes patient education, discharge planning, and coordination of transitional health services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial and physiologic assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Tailor education and discharge instructions to meet cultural, ethical, and spiritual needs.
• Respond to changes in patient conditions using independent clinical judgment.
• Document all patient care activities according to standards and assist the team with documentation processes.
• Communicate and collaborate consistently with the health‑care team, patients, and families to maximize outcomes.
• Delegate appropriate tasks, participate in staff assignments, and contribute to unit initiatives.
• Participate in quality‑improvement projects and apply evidence‑based practice.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, demonstrating leadership behaviors.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Strong clinical knowledge to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
• Ability to educate patients and families and adapt teaching strategies.
• Commitment to patient advocacy and ethical care.
• Proficiency in accurate and timely documentation.
