About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide home‑based, inpatient‑level care for patients. This contractor role supports the institution's mission to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered services across Arkansas.

Key responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving care at home at an inpatient level.
Follow established clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans.
Maintain compliance with Covid‑19 vaccination requirements or approved exemptions.

Required profile

Current RN licensure.
Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
Full Covid‑19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption.
Ability to work as a contractor within the UAMS system.
