Registered Nurse – Acute Care Campus – Nights

About the role

The Acute Care Campus team at AllHealth Network provides high‑acuity, inpatient behavioral health care during overnight hours. As a Registered Nurse on the night shift, you will support individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises in both the Acute Treatment Unit (ATU) and the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU).

Key responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions, conduct mental status exams, and perform crisis assessments.
• Administer and monitor medications, coordinating with pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies.
• Document care accurately and promptly to meet regulatory and contractual standards.
• Assess admission and discharge criteria, making appropriate decisions based on medical necessity.
• Coordinate internal and external care services, collaborating with psychiatrists, program managers, and clinical supervisors.
• Respond to phone inquiries and referrals, gathering complete admission information.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment throughout the night shift.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse license in Colorado.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health or acute care settings.
• Ability to work flexible, self‑scheduled nights with three weekend shifts per month.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical documentation.
