Regional Sales Manager – Southwest US

About the role

As a Regional Sales Manager for Bosch Home Comfort, you will lead residential HVAC sales across the Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas markets. You will work through plumbing and HVAC wholesale distributors, manage manufacturer‑rep agencies, and expand Bosch’s market share in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan and market development strategy to grow the Bosch HVAC portfolio and meet assigned targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, manufacturer reps, contractors, architects and engineers.
• Conduct sales calls in wholesale distribution environments, representing Bosch products to wholesalers and assisting them in presenting to end‑users.
• Provide training, product education and operational support to wholesale accounts and manufacturer reps.
• Manage pricing fundamentals, marketing programs, and coordinate trade‑show participation and other regional sales initiatives.
• Travel up to 80% of the time across the assigned territory, with the remainder based in a home office.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience selling technology‑based products in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years of experience calling on contractors, with strong industry knowledge of residential HVAC.
• Demonstrated ability to grow an account base and increase sales year over year.
• Track record of generating and closing sales leads, strong negotiation and communication skills.
