Regional Sales Manager – Coronary Image Guided Therapy (Southeast)

About the role

You have the opportunity to lead sales performance and growth across multiple territories, set success criteria, provide leadership, forecast, analyze, report on sales, implement policies and maintain budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans, strategies and tactics for the region to enhance Philips IGT‑D competitive position and meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with business leaders to create realistic sales plans tied to overall business objectives, evaluating market trends and adjusting accordingly.
• Execute the sales plan to achieve budgeted revenue and target selling prices.
• Manage time in the field with individual sales employees while focusing on strategic sales challenges and opportunities.
• Continuously improve personal knowledge and sales management skills to add greater value to customers and Philips IGT.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales experience, at least 5 in the medical industry, with 2+ years of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of sales growth and new business development, strategic thinking, and ability to handle complex issues.
• Comfortable in evolving environments, adaptable and able to view issues from fresh perspectives.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements and provide direct, results‑oriented feedback.

What we offer

• Total target earnings of $277,500‑$371,000 annually plus company fleet/car.
