Regional Sales Manager – Central Region

About the role

Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the Central Region of the United States. You will be responsible for expanding the brand’s presence in retail and foodservice channels, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with key customers and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume, revenue, profit, and market‑share targets for the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision‑makers at retail customers and distributors.
• Train, motivate, and measure performance of the broker network to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Analyze market and customer data from syndicated reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Leverage national and local promotional programs, marketing assets, and sales aids to maximize profitable category opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods, preferably bakery.
• Proven track record of building brands in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience managing broker networks and presenting to senior retail buyers.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
