Regional Sales Manager – Bay Area

About the role

CooperVision is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role focuses on translating commercial strategy into regional execution, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring the region meets sales and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed regional sales, market share, and margin objectives.
• Coach, develop, and lead Account Executives through regular field visits and structured coaching processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain a high‑performing sales team.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate priorities.
• Analyze territory performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Manage promotional investments and regional resources for maximum ROI.
• Partner with Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Sales Leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of successful sales, account management, or related commercial experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance expectations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Strategic thinking, business planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead through change.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
• Experience with business planning tools.
