Regional Nurse Manager – Concierge Primary Care

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our concierge primary care teams in the Los Angeles and Silicon Valley regions. This senior position provides clinical leadership, ensures patient safety, and supports high‑quality, relationship‑focused care across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff, fostering a culture of patient safety and best‑practice adherence.
• Ensure consistent application of safety protocols and compliance with clinical procedures, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee specialty services such as gynecology, including policies, laboratory testing, equipment procurement, training, and cleaning procedures.
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and specialists to meet departmental goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Partner with site operations managers on staffing reliability, scheduling, time‑card management, PTO planning, and coverage to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across sites.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with extensive clinical and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage nursing teams in a multi‑site environment.
• Commitment to long‑term professional growth and building lasting relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Los Angeles and Silicon Valley offices.
