Regional Marketing Leader (NYC)

About the role

The Regional Leader of Marketing (RLM) is the marketing expert for the New York region of Raising Cane’s. Reporting to the Regional Business Unit team, the RLM guides Area Leaders of Marketing (ALMs), develops regional marketing strategies, and oversees high‑profile sponsorships.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train Area Leaders of Marketing across the region.
• Manage a dynamic team of marketers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Provide ongoing development and coaching for ALMs on marketing acumen, brand standards, and planning.
• Set regional marketing goals in partnership with the Regional Business Unit and ensure alignment on all initiatives.
• Develop and execute an annual regional marketing plan, reviewing and adjusting quarterly.
• Support ALMs in creating restaurant‑level marketing plans, offering brainstorming, coaching, and feedback.
• Lead the sponsorship process for high‑profile partnerships, handling planning, negotiation, and partnership management.

• Proven experience leading marketing teams in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to recruit, train, and develop marketing talent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional business units.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating regional goals into actionable marketing plans.
