Regional Manager – Multi‑Location Expansion

About the role

Insurcomm Restoration is looking for an entrepreneurial Regional Manager to lead greenfield expansion across Texas. You will build and scale 3‑6 new service locations, own P&L performance, and drive growth for a fast‑growing restoration and emergency‑response network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and lead regional business‑development initiatives.
• Develop and execute operational plans that align with corporate values and growth targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple locations, ensuring service excellence.
• Build high‑performing teams, recruit talent, and foster a culture of safety and urgency.
• Establish and nurture relationships with insurance carriers and commercial partners.
• Track financial performance, using P&L as a scorecard to guide strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new businesses.
• Proven experience leading multi‑location operations or rapid expansion projects.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and manage P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with insurance and commercial stakeholders.
