Retail Store Manager

About the role

Atlético Dallas is looking for an experienced, organized, and service‑driven Retail Store Manager to lead all retail operations for the club. You will oversee daily store activities, drive merchandise sales, and deliver an exceptional fan experience both in‑person and online.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the team store and match‑day retail locations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise receiving.
• Monitor retail performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and supervise part‑time and game‑day employees.
• Handle online order fulfillment, packing, shipping, tracking, and customer service for e‑commerce.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across retail and e‑commerce platforms.
• Lead retail operations during home matches and club events, including pop‑up kiosks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• 2–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or apparel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and matchdays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean recent driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace competence.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
