On Premise Representative – Sales & Brand Activation

About the role

The On Premise Representative builds and maintains strong relationships with bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, driving product availability and brand visibility for Constellation Beer. This field‑based position focuses on increasing sales, executing brand activations and gathering market intelligence across the Dallas territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key on‑premise accounts, acting as a local brand ambassador.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets by securing new placements and growing volume at existing accounts.
• Plan and execute on‑premise events, samplings, staff trainings and promotions to drive trial and awareness.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends and consumer preferences, reporting findings to sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, activation feedback, expenses and market activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 1 year of outside sales or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.

• Salary range: $58,600 – $84,400 per year.
