Regional Manager I

About the role

Gopuff is looking for a self‑starting Regional Manager I to lead a network of local General Managers across the United States. This fast‑paced, high‑impact position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and guide a territory team of local General Managers in day‑to‑day operations.
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members, preparing them for higher‑level responsibilities.
• Build a deep talent bench through performance management and succession planning.
• Track daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics; devise strategies to improve customer experience.
• Oversee upward reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Travel to locations up to 90% of the time to provide on‑site leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data‑driven project management.
• Proven leadership of multi‑location teams and large onboarding programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, STEM, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities; capable of solving complex problems under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 90%).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
