Regional Income Development Executive – West Division

About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive Finance & Insurance sales across the West Division, covering states such as California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Colorado and Nevada. The role is remote, allowing you to work from home while supporting dealership partners.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with large franchised automotive dealers to generate new F&I business and referrals.
• Support dealer performance through training, development initiatives and technology adoption.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, intranet and newsletters to maintain strong relationships.
• Attend conferences, seminars and training events to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques and terminology.
• Experience in dealership training and familiarity with automotive technology is preferred.

Required skills

• Understanding of Finance & Insurance products and warranty claim processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple dealer accounts.

• Competitive base salary plus an uncapped incentive plan.
• Annual variable compensation ranging from $145,000 to $170,000 based on performance.
