Regional Income Development Executive - Indiana

About the role

Zurich is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales efforts in Indiana, focusing on finance and insurance products for automotive dealers. The role is remote and targets growth and profitability within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts while obtaining referrals for new F&I opportunities.
• Support performance initiatives and provide training to dealerships.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, intranet, or newsletters.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and training events to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts.
• Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts.
• Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or High School diploma with 4+ years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, dealership training, and F&I product basics.
