Regional Field HSE Coordinator

About the role

Reporting to the HSE Manager of USA Service, the Regional Field HSE Coordinator supports internal and external customers in implementing Enerflex’s Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. The role is based in Oklahoma City or El Reno and focuses on driving incidents and injuries toward zero.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor staff, contractors, and operations personnel on HSE best practices and resolve safety‑related issues.
• Conduct site visits to assess HSE performance, perform audits, inspections, and provide on‑site coaching.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, and onboarding sessions covering health, safety, security, and environmental topics.
• Lead pre‑job planning, safety reviews, and recommend safe work practices and PPE for high‑risk activities.
• Support incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years HSE experience in high‑risk industries such as gas processing, refining, or petrochemical.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or industrial health (or 7 years equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to travel regionally.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Industrial hygiene monitoring.
• Incident Command System and emergency medical services coordination.
