Regional Escrow Officer

About the role

The Regional Escrow Officer serves as the central liaison in real‑estate transactions, guiding each deal from contract review through closing. Based in Boca Raton, FL, this floating position supports multiple offices, ensuring titles are clear, taxes paid, and funds properly disbursed.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, verify completeness, and manage the escrow process from start to finish.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, agents, attorneys, surveyors and government agencies to secure funding and clear titles.
• Maintain detailed paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurate and deadlines are met.
• Build and nurture relationships with agents and other industry partners, providing white‑glove service.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and conducting audits.
• Attend closings to facilitate a smooth, positive experience for buyers and agents.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of front‑ and back‑end escrow experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused, empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple contracts under deadline pressure.
• Continuous learner who stays current with changing regulations.
