Regional Enrichment Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

Togetherhood is seeking a Regional Enrichment Coordinator to act as the field‑based representative for its after‑school enrichment programs within an assigned metropolitan area. The role involves visiting schools, coaching instructors, building relationships with staff, and providing substitute instruction when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide emergency substitute instructional coverage (20‑50% of time), traveling to partner schools and leading classes.
• Observe and coach enrichment providers (30‑40% of time), delivering written feedback and follow‑up coaching.
• Conduct regular site visits to build relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for program improvement (30‑40% of time).
• Document observations, site‑visit summaries, and emerging concerns in the internal platform (10‑15% of time).

Required profile

• Experience leading groups of 12‑15+ students in educational, enrichment, camp, or similar settings, preferably with elementary‑aged children.
• Willingness and ability to serve as an emergency substitute instructor across a variety of subjects.
• Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned region.
