About the role

The Regional Account Manager will maintain an active book of business, grow existing customer relationships and prospect for new customers within the assigned territory. This position works in a hybrid model, requiring office presence twice a week.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through qualification, opportunity creation, and closing.
  • Maintain detailed records of outbound prospecting and sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Plan and execute prospecting campaigns, develop and manage a pipeline of viable opportunities.
  • Coordinate with subject‑matter specialists, engineers and consultants for solution implementation.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients on fraud prevention, account recovery, financial crimes, credit decisions and marketing.

Required profile

  • Proven experience generating new business sales in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Boca Raton twice a week.
