Region Manager – Multi-State (CA, AZ, UT, HI, CO, NM, KS)

About the role

The Region Manager will be responsible for driving sales, commercial performance, and execution across a multi‑state territory covering California, Arizona, Utah, Hawaii, Colorado, New Mexico and Kansas. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape regional strategy, partner with distributors, brokers and key accounts, and ensure the portfolio of premium spirits meets growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales volume, net sales value (NSV) and KPI targets for the assigned region.
• Lead and motivate internal sales teams, distributors, brokers and key accounts through clear direction and ongoing communication.
• Develop and sustain critical relationships with state agencies, distributors and major customers to expand market share.
• Own executional KPIs, monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal functions such as marketing, finance and supply chain to align regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leader with a strong track record of winning in complex markets.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across organizations.
• Experience managing multi‑state territories in the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive results through external stakeholders.
