Recruitment Coordinator – Dynamic Staffing Team

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic staffing team. In this full‑time position you will support end‑to‑end recruitment processes and help deliver excellent outcomes for candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, clients and internal teams.
• Manage job postings and maintain candidate databases.
• Support the delivery of tailored staffing solutions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role (desired).
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
