Recruiting Manager - Technology Placements

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager in Cincinnati to recruit, evaluate and place technology professionals in full-time positions with its clients. The role combines business development with candidate support and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Promote services through video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
• Recruit, evaluate and place technology professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen presence in the local technology community

Required profile

• A business-related degree, ideally in Technology (a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in Technology and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success and excellent communication skills
• High sense of urgency and the ability to use technology experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Salary range of $54,000 to $100,000, negotiable depending on experience and location
