Recruiting Manager (Legal)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager (Legal) in Minneapolis. The role combines business development with the recruitment and placement of legal professionals in full-time positions for clients, while delivering strong service to clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the firm's services
• Recruit, evaluate and place legal professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen presence in the local legal community

Required profile

• A business-related degree preferred; a paralegal degree/certification and/or a law degree is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in the legal industry and/or successful permanent-placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to use legal experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Typical salary range of $50,000 to $75,000, negotiable depending on experience and location
