About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager in Woodbridge, NJ. The role combines business development with recruiting: growing the client base and new business, and placing professionals in full-time positions with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the firm's services
• Recruit, evaluate and place professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local community

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• A business-related degree is a plus
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Salary range of $48,000-$88,000
• Base salary and bonus pay for talent professional positions
