Recruiter – Remote US – Professional & Industrial

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Professional & Industrial team on a remote basis across the United States. You will own the full life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of positions, supporting both active candidates and passive talent pools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract and screen candidates using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting in an industrial, warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous scenarios and strong written and verbal communication.
