Recruiter – Hybrid, Denver, CO (Temp)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Denver office on a hybrid, temporary basis. You will partner with hiring managers to drive high‑volume hiring while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large requisition workload and maintain organization across a broad book of work.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, process, and compliance.
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools and technologies to source, screen, and engage candidates efficiently.
• Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices and complex challenges.
• Negotiate offers and ensure competitive compensation packages aligned with market standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

Required profile

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a large workload.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment and strong client‑facing background.
• Skilled in consulting and advising hiring managers, and comfortable pushing back on process and compliance issues.
• Demonstrated success in fast‑paced environments; experience with lower‑volume roles is a plus.
