Recruiter – High‑Volume Hiring (Hybrid, Denver)

About the role

The Recruiter will lead high‑volume hiring efforts for a range of positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. This hybrid role combines onsite collaboration in Denver with remote outreach to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calling.
• Manage outreach through calls, texts, and emails, and follow up with leads.
• Guide candidates from initial contact through offer extension and acceptance.
• Present and explain offers, address questions, and support negotiations within guidelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to clarify role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Track and meet recruiting activity and hiring metrics in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education not required.
• Proven ability to conduct effective candidate screens and interviews.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially over the phone.
• Comfort with high‑volume outreach and multitasking across multiple requisitions.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation and compliance.
