Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Georgetown & Taylor, TX)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of professional and industrial positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. This role is based on‑site at the client location serving both Georgetown and Taylor, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruiting for diverse roles, from entry‑level to senior positions.
• Source and screen both passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and the Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and ensure a fair, consistent selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage communication throughout the hiring workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in professional or industrial settings.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency and high energy.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous scenarios and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bullhorn ATS.
