Recruiter - Full-Cycle Talent Search

About the role

Ever is building an AI-native auto retail platform for electric vehicles, based in San Francisco and expanding nationwide. It is looking for a full-time, hybrid/remote Recruiter to own full-cycle talent search across product, engineering, operations, sales, buying and corporate functions. The salary is $80,000-$140,000 plus bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting and partner with the C-suite and hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles and timelines.
• Sourcing top talent via LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals and headhunter partnerships.
• Screen candidates and run interviews from first conversation through offer close.
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline and act as a brand ambassador for a great candidate experience.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks and onboarding playbooks.
• Track and report metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates and diversity.

Required profile

• 3-7+ years of recruiting experience (in-house preferred, agency background welcome).
• Hiring across technical and non-technical roles, with proven ability to source and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
