Recruiter for Commission-Only Real Estate Sales Team

About the role

Island Exclusives LLC is expanding its real‑estate sales force and needs a proactive recruiter to build a pipeline of commission‑only sales professionals. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to supporting their onboarding, and you will earn recurring commissions for every placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for commission‑only sales positions.
• Interview candidates and assess their English proficiency and phone sales abilities.
• Present qualified candidates to company leadership.
• Assist new hires during their first weeks to ensure a smooth start.
• Develop and document a repeatable recruiting process that can scale.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales, call‑center or BPO environments.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to evaluate candidates for phone‑based sales roles.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and report weekly results.
• Residency in Egypt or surrounding region is preferred.

• Monthly recurring commission of 5 %–10 % of the earnings of each salesperson you place.
• Salespeople earn a 20 % commission on deals averaging $14,000 (≈ $2,800 per closed deal).
