Reconstruction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects for a growing restoration company serving Central Nebraska. The role involves coordinating all aspects of reconstruction from contract to completion while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 active reconstruction projects simultaneously, including scheduling subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and profitability, and adjust estimates as conditions change.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and commercial clients, guiding them through the reconstruction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, track invoicing, and participate in production meetings.

Required profile

• Proven construction project management experience, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Required skills

• Understanding of construction estimates and budgeting.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material logistics.
