About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing communications, and supporting daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep the reception area tidy and inviting.
  • Maintain the telephone and telecommunication system, answering and routing calls efficiently.
  • Sort incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate departments.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a cheerful smile.
  • Direct clients to the correct locations or personnel.
  • Notify company staff of visitor arrivals promptly.
