About the role
The receptionist will be the first point of contact for a dynamic real‑estate firm in Queens, NY. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth communication and supports daily office operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, composed under pressure, and values discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front‑desk scheduling, inboxes, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Distribute mail, receive packages, and assist with courier and legal filings.
- Support office administrators with document handling and other administrative tasks.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a service‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
