Real Estate Success Coach

About the role

The Real Estate Success Coach protects and grows the customer base by leading client retention efforts for Property Leads. This role combines strategic retention expertise with internal coaching to ensure exceptional client experiences and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Own the retention strategy for high‑risk accounts, engage directly with at‑risk clients, and develop customized retention plans.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with VIP and enterprise clients, conduct business reviews, and act as the escalation point for strategic issues.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
• Coach the Customer Success team on retention techniques, develop training, and mentor managers in difficult conversations.
• Analyze churn trends with senior leadership, recommend process improvements, and track monthly retention metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Retention Leadership.
• Proven track record of reducing churn and growing existing accounts.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive‑level relationship management skills.
• Ability to coach and develop high‑performing customer‑facing teams.

Required skills
