Quality Coordinator I – Manufacturing

About the role

3M is looking for a Quality Coordinator I to join its Indianapolis manufacturing team. This full‑time, first‑shift position supports product quality through inspections, testing, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections of incoming parts and materials for production release.
• Conduct product testing evaluations and release production material.
• Create certification documents for outbound shipments.
• Carry out product and dock audits as assigned.
• Maintain high integrity and ethical conduct in all tasks.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (verified before start).
• Minimum three years of manufacturing experience in private, public, government or military settings.
• Minimum two years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Basic computer knowledge; quality experience and SAP experience are a plus.
