Quality Control Inspection Lead

About the role

The Quality Control Inspection Lead is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards. This role involves leading a team of inspectors, developing and maintaining quality control procedures, and addressing any quality issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and support to quality control inspectors and material receiving inspector.
• Train new hires on quality control procedures and standards.
• Manage and coordinate quality control activities, projects, and daily safety/quality meetings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems, including ISO 9001 compliance.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and root‑cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records, prepare non‑conformance reports, and review inspection and test plans.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and collaborate with other departments to meet quality goals.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, and procedural documents.
• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and perform root‑cause analysis.
