Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features into existing Python applications while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for smooth software adoption.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
