Pyspark Developer – Multiple US Locations

About the role

Infosys' Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is looking for a Pyspark Developer to join a fast‑growing team that transforms data into actionable insights. The role will be based in several US locations, including Hartford, CT, and will involve working on cutting‑edge big‑data and cloud projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications and create process documentation.
• Develop, refine and document code for new applications using detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, report defects and support software performance enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions within existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, providing prompt issue resolution and maintenance documentation.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies and technical solutions.

Required profile

• An agile mindset with effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and teams.

Required skills

• PySpark (big‑data processing).
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform.
