Purchasing (PUE) Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Join HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, for a summer internship focused on Purchasing (PUE). You will gain hands‑on experience in supplier engagement, project management, and ERP systems while supporting the procurement team.

Key responsibilities

• Send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and prepare quote comparisons.
• Assist in setting up new SKUs within SAP.
• Support and attend supplier technical reviews to build technical knowledge and relationships.
• Contribute to project‑management activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Organise and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
• Update supplier and material master data in ERP systems.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
